SRT staff’s annual excursion this year took place on January 19-20 with an overnight stay at a hot spring resort for relaxation. Other than the normal muscle stretching exercise of some strenuous mountain hiking offered by such an outing and unmistakenly compensated by a sumptuous meal after, this year’s excursion was livened up by a staff messing party in the evening where gifts were exchanged and last year’s outstanding employees were announced with award certificates presented, coupled with deserving monetary rewards. The annual event ended an a meaningful note that SRT which just turned 29 years young in 2019 will continue to strive for better performance and results with one heart and one mind with all the members of staff.
SRT wish you have a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

With the political world embroiled in more controversies, we are again quietly approaching the last month of this calendar year. At SRT, we continue to carry out our tradition at this time of the year to reflect and review on how far we made progress on objectives set at the beginning of the year. Despite the not-so-upbeat market sentiments, we attempt to take a more positive mid-term perspective and target ourselves on true sustainable growth. Hence, we selected the topic “Greater Bay Area Integration” to share with our readers our vision to become the prolific designers of green and eco-cities in the Greater Bay Area.
To integrate and embrace the “Green Development” of the Greater Bay Area, we have identified 4 core areas of our development this year, namely in the areas of Green Technology, Green Research, Total Green Design Solution, and Green Humanity & Education. Without making a lengthy and repetitive account of the newsletter contents, we invite the readers to browse through the 4 core developments on page 13 and select the subsequent section(s) that may interest you to read on. Where we shall soon approach the new year, we shall make new strides, and will pledge to share our new endeavors with our readers. We believe despite external uncertainties, if we put faith in our national policy and persevere to safeguard the environment for all human settlements, we are confident we shall make new breakthroughs as a company in the year ahead.
